Take the time to tour the sciences while you establish your baseline in the learning management system in the first weeks of the course. This format presents each learning goal along with an illustration. As you scroll through the learning goals, rate each goal from 1 to 4 with 4 being the highest confidence level.
Don't worry too much about a perfect estimate. You are setting the baseline the first time you scroll through the goals, and you are also taking a tour of the sciences. This will help structure your knowledge-base for the learning challenges ahead. Later, use the learning goals in the various formats, sequential and list-view, to journal your MCAT prep.
After you have completed your first pass through the self-assessment survey, the goal report gives you a detailed picture of your knowledge-base and helps keep you on track.
